|Description:||To supply line and concessions with food products according to the prep list.|
|Duties:|| To follow the established recipes while preparing all menu items. |
Set up serving line completely and supply customers with high quality products prepared in a professional and timely manner.
Always wear proper uniform.
Check par levels on all products each day.
Check with and follow supervisors direction in regards to banquet and party preparation.
Notify supervisor of any items that are low or out of stock.
Ensure that proper sanitation procedures are followed.
Complete proper storage of all foods at the end of your shift.
Complete all cleaning procedures prior to leaving.
Ensure proper rotation of all products for freshness.
Clean work area.
Will assist in all areas of Concessions Department when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
|Qualifications:||Entry Level, HS Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. While performing the essential functions of this job, this position requires frequent standing and walking. Must be able to work flexible shifts. Requires pushing and pulling carts and frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires frequent wrist and hand use. Must be able to attain an MRC license.|
